About this apartment rental

Welcome to Apartment 112 @ Ryedale House - A superb 2-bedroom property that offers space and comfort and a town centre.

Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York’s historic core beside the River Foss. The building benefits from secure allocated parking. Apartment 112 is situated on the 1st floor and has been finished to a very high standard internally.

Upon entering the open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area for the first time you will be immediately struck by the luxury of so much space. There is a seating area complete with LCD TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime included, occasional chairs and beanbags plus a comfortable 3-seater sofa that has the added benefit of being able to convert to a sofa bed to accommodate an additional 2 guests.

The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances throughout. The dining area can seat 6 for dinner.

The high-quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and wall mounted TV. The bedroom also has an ensuite complete with underfloor heating and bath with overhead shower. The second bedroom of the apartment features twin beds. Both the bedrooms benefit from having USB sockets near the beds and high-quality carpets throughout.

There's also a separate shower and toilet just off the hallway.

The apartment also has the added benefit of parking at any council run car park within York, via a digital permit.

SURPRISED BY THE SIZE OF APARTMENT.LARGE HALL,KITCHEN,AND BEDROOMS.PLENTY OF SPACE A LOVELY WELCOME PACK,NICE SUPRISE OF QUALITY ITEMS.[ THANKYOU] . NICE LIGHTING THROUGHOUT PROPERTY[,KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS].APARTMENT WELL DECORATED, NICE WARM APARTMENT MATTRESS TOO SOFT,CAN FEEL EVERY MOVE YOUR PARTNER MAKES,SPRINGS NOT GOOD SO NOT A DECENT SLEEP. NO MATTRESS PROTECTOR USED.PILLOWS GOOD,AND DUVET WARM. FEW DIRTY MARKS AND SCRAPES ON WALLS THROUGHOUT PROPERTY,COFFEE STAINS ON WALL IN KITCHEN,NEAR BIN. SOMEONE HAD TURNED SWITCH OFF AT HOT WATER BOOSTER,WHICH MEANT WE HAD NO HOT WATER ON OUR SECOND DAY AND WATER THEN WASNT HOT FOR TWO SHOWERS. WAITING 20 MINS ONLY GAVE ONE PERSON TEPID WATER TO SHOWER WITH. WASTED MOST OF OUR MORNING WAITING FOR WATER TO HEAT UP. SO SO ANNOYING CAN WE SUGGEST,HOOKS FOR BATHROOMS.OTHER APARTMENTS IN RYEDALE HOUSE HAVE ONE ON WALL AND DOOR IN BATHROOM,AND THE SAME IN SHOWER ROOM.THIS MAKES THINGS EASIER GREAT BOTH BEDROOMS HAVE TELEVISIONS,AND OF A GOOD SIZE [ .HOME FROM HOME ]

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ryedale House. The unit was clean and quiet and a great location to serve as a base as we explored the city. We appreciated the amount of space and the furnished kitchen allowed to eat several meals in the apartment, rather than going out. We were within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and there are many great restaurants that are also close. The apartment building is clean and quiet with friendly neighbors, as well. We appreciated the parking options that were made available. The only suggestion is to include a fan, as it was quite warm while we were there. Overall, highly recommended.

We were exceptionally happy with the accommodation and service. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Great location. Communication from the company was excellent: clear, concise and very helpful.
