Welcome to Cityscape @ Ryedale House - A stunning 2 bedroom property with incredible views over York Minster.
Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York’s historic core beside the River Foss. The building benefits from secure allocated parking and an onsite concierge. Cityscape sits on the 6th floor and offers a dramatic views of York Minster and other landmarks across the city.
Upon entering the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area for the first time you will be immediately struck by the amazing amount of natural light coming into the apartment from the floor to ceiling windows. The property occupies a corner position on the building which aids this. There is a seating area right in the corner of the room where you can take full advantage of relaxing with a coffee and taking in the view.
The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances throughout. There is a large island unit and bespoke worktop creating a sophisticated and contemporary living space.
The dining area can seat 4 for dinner and backs onto the stylish living area with comfortable seating and large LCD TV. The high quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating.
The master bedroom features a super king size bed that can be setup as twin beds on request and also has an ensuite complete with underfloor heating and spacious walk in shower.
The second bedroom of the apartment features a king size bed. Both the bedrooms benefit from having USB sockets near the beds and high quality carpets throughout.
The apartment also has the added benefit of an allocated car park space onsite.

We had a wonderful time in York. The apartment is in a brilliant location, and the view is wonderful. The apartment is in need of some TLC - there are some cracks and poor paintwork, and the mattress in the main bedroom is very hard, but we were still comfortable. Some sort of window covering would be good at the windows in the living/kitchen area especially with the building works going on across the road - zero privacy. A welcome pack would have been nice too, some coffee, tea and milk. However, all in all, we would book the same apartment again.

Spent a long weekend in York, for a family occasion. We wanted the accommodation to be part of the experience, and this didn’t disappoint.
Spacious rooms, clean modern kitchen, stylish furniture and decor, all with floor to ceiling city views on three sides.
An easy walk into the centre. There are pubs, M&S and the walls within easy reach.
The lobby and lifts are clean and comfortable.
Welcome/comfort items are a bit sparse so get your own milk and bathroom items but otherwise superb.

Superb location, apartment had great views and was finished to a high standard. Very quiet, and would highly recommend this apartment. Our only criticism was having a shower in the bath was very slippery and could do with shower mat. Stay York were very good and helpful

The apartment was excellent, and we would be happy to stay there again. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and in a good location for access to the city centre.
We stayed over Christmas, and the festive decorations provided were much appreciated.
The inclusion of a car park space was another welcome inclusion.
