Perfect location, the view of the Minster was stunning. Lovely sized flat for four people to share.
The hot water boost was constantly needing to be switched on for more than one person to have a shower.
The shower tray overflowed in the shower room, making the floor constantly wet.
The Kitchen could do with plastic, rather than metal, utensils for use with non stick pans.
The Cleaners need to check cupboards in the kitchen as we were left with multiple out of date/ half used items from previous occupants that we had to dispose of.

The lock box is part of a bank of other lock boxes all stored in two cupboards inside the building. The lock box was difficult to find as they all look the same. Some lock boxes has the number of the apartment on the box so they were easy to find. I would suggest that apartment 610 should do the same.
The bath shield in the ensuite is leaking very badly. Only used this shower once as the flood on the floor from the leaking bath shield was substantial. Had to share the shower in the other bedroom with my travelling companion.

Beautiful flat with comfortable beds and distant gorgeous views.
Problem with no hot water until end of week and too hot when we got it. Shower in room one had no seal on door and flooded floor. No instructions on how to adjust temperature. Nothing seemed to work.
