There was a bad smell (of toilets/urine - probably the drains) and my room had not been cleaned properly (there was a used condom behind the mattress!) and the safe didn’t work.

We had a lovely time here

Bed is comfortable, balcony was really nice. I didn't try the pool but it looked clean. The desk and chair were really nice to have. I don't know if the last occupant left it or if it's standard in all the rooms, but the tv has a HDMI cable plugged in ready for you. Some small coat hanger and shelfs If you have heavy luggage then be ready to climb up some stairs with it!

Some minor issues with the shower, sometimes the water power just completely died.

Terrible

Booked for 2 weeks but could only stay for 1 night due to large cockroaches on our bed and in the room. Requested a refund from the owner who did not wish to grant it which was ridiculous considering what happened. If you worry about cleanliness and sleeping soundly without insects crawling around you I would not stay here. The woman at reception was extremely nice though and tried to help where she could.

I had a wonderful stay at Lanesra Apartments! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The pool area was lovely, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I also really appreciated their help in posting back something I had accidentally left behind. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

Perfect stay. Perfect Location.

Location was perfect, the staff lovely. The rooms are large, the facilities are good, fridge in the room and the shower works well. Personal balcony is a bonus. The pool is so clean and very few guest used it. The outside hammock are also a bonus. I have stayed her before and would stay again.

Entspannte Unterkunft mit viel Platz und schönen Pool zum ausruhen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt. Die Betreiber sind äußerst nett, der Pool lädt zum entspannen ein. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und zentral gelegen.

Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes gegenüber gebaut wurden. Dadurch war unser Pool Aufenthalt durch lautes Hämmern gestört worden. Dafür kann die Unterkunft natürlich nichts.

Zimmer roch stark nach Ungezieferspray und leicht modderig. Bett unbequem. Lieblos eingerichtet, wirkt ungepflegt.

Bra läge, men extremt otrevlig och oförskämd personal, verkade nästan som att dem inte ville ha gäster där.

Det var hyfsat bra läge och nära till mycket!

Personalen var för det första aldrig där så det var väldigt svårt att få tag i dem. Sen var de väldigt dryga, framför allt damen som styrde faciliteterna, hon var alltid nonchalant och verkade bara tycka vi var jobbiga. Vi bad om städning på rummet, och då kom hon och knackade på dörren och nästan sjasade ut oss, extremt oprofessionellt! Det fanns heller inga solstolar utan bara plaststolar att ”sola” på, så det var inte så många som använde poolen. Pollen var överlag väldigt smutsig också.

Rummen var inte utrustade som de skulle. Det saknades stolar, vattenkokare och safe var utan batterier (till slut fick vi huvudnyckel).

Boendet hade inte allt som utlovades; vi saknade stolar, vattenkokare mm som vi fick fråga efter. Safe utan batterier och vi fick fråga mp gå gånger. Fick då huvudnyckel. Svårt kommunicera pga dålig engelska på personalen.

Ne correspond pas aux photos… sal j’avais même et pas de house de couette, il y avait des cafards et une araignée dans mon lit, je pense pas que le ménage est souvent fait. De plus il y avait une odeur d’humidité
