Staff were very friendly. Despite us arriving during Ramadan, the staff still worked hard cooking for us while they were fasting. Pool was clean with a nice toddler section. Location is excellent, right on the beach and close to so many shops and restaurants. 7-11 is across the street. Fruit vendors and smoothie stands close by. We loved being able to walk out the door without shoes on, straight to the beach and walk to beachfront restaurants for lunch and dinner. We were also able to get deals on snorkeling tours and taxi service to krabi airport when booking through the hotel.
Though clean, the rooms need some work. Lots of little things but they add up. Air conditioner was leaking water, faucet was dripping, toilet seat was loose, ceiling fan was scary when we turned it on, windows didn't open, and the bed frame was damaged with sharp edges exposed (not good especially since we had young children with us). The door also didn't quite seal so we often had little visitors in the form of bugs and gecko lizards. The Wi-Fi was unfortunately spotty from our room. It seemed to be excellent elsewhere on the premise though.
That said, the location and staff are amazing and we would gladly stay again!

Prime beach location (sunbeds and umbrellas were not right on the beach but just above it at the pool area, but some of them anyway facing the sea.) Nice restaurant above the beach level and overlooking the beach. Nice and helpful staff,familiar atmosphere. 7-eleven right across the road some 200 mts away. Several restaurants nearby. Easy to get a local taxi. Quiet day and night. No noises. No parties. Beautiful garden.
Room B2, (only fan), the balcony was great, large and with 2 chairs and 1 table but it doesn't offer any privacy at all. I had to keep always the curtains closed because the neighbours were way too close. In one occasion I hang the "make up my room" sign. When I returned back in the afternoon the door was open .( I guess the housekeeping didn't close it properly) No valuables were missing , luckily.
