cheap enough for what you get, great location

the beach was directly behind it, for the price it was a nice enough room. The aircon worked well and the balcony was a good feature however it faced the road so wasn’t extremely relaxing

the bed was fairly hard and the water pressure in the shower was not great, however there is only so much you can expect within this process range.

Not even for my worst enemy

The place is dirty. The staff is basically young girls more preoccupied on partying than your stay. The bed was broken. No change of sheets on 4 days. Horrible and a ridiculous price per night. Don’t know where the 3 stars are coming from.

Location was great with 7/11 nearby, restaurants and places to rent scooters. There was hot water to shower and AC!

The bed wasn’t comfortable, the shower was in the same place as the toilet, so the floor would get all wet…

The location is superb! 1 min walk to the beach, 1 min walk to 7/11 and 1 min walk to super nice restaurants! But what this place makes it really special is the staff! What a wonderful people!

Descent stay

Friendly staff and big rooms

The ac didn't really work (was at 16 degrees all night but the room didn't get cold, but it worked so wasn't super hot either) so they put in a fan in the room. The noice from the road outside is really loud and wakes you up quite early. The road Google showed to the beach didn't exist so the distance to the ocean is a little bit further.

Wonderful location and staff

Location is the best! Klong Dao beach is nearby and is amazing, also there are great restaurants in the area. Comfortable sidewalk in the street. Staff is very helpful and warm. We also extended our stay just because we really enjoyed staying here.

Only stayed 1 night, but it was great for a short stay.

The staff was very friendly, they gave us advice on where to eat, where to take a scooter, etc. The place was clean and spacious. Very close to an empty beach.

The towels had a bit of a strange damp smell, only two large towels were provided. It would be nice to have a small towel for the floor in the bathroom. Lack of light by the bed and in the bathroom above the mirror. The water pressure in the shower is very low, probably because we were on the 2nd floor.

free lemonade when checking in , great place to chill , good value for money if your looking to stop for a few weeks , and when we asked for more teas coffees and sugers for the man gave us enough to last the stay rather then making us ask for top ups everyday , for us that made a big difference

you need a moterbike or tuk tuk if you want to go anywhere but 7/11 is local so not really an issue

Surprising!

Lemonade boutique inn was a lovely surprise. The guys that re-open this hotel were amazing. Big rooms (with a balcony and useful stuff such as a hair dryer), a nice common area and a patio where you can just chill. Good position (even if it's not beach front...but the sea it's really just some steps away).

Wifi connection (most of the time super slow. Please note that we need to work from there, so most of the guests will probably evaluate it as a good connection). The main road in front of the hotel (but not that noisy).

AMAZING!!! ❤️

The make me feel like in home!! The owners are amazing, they are incredibly helpful. They help me to rent the motorbike and they sort it the ferry tickets for Krabi, they will help you with anything that you need. It was so lovely to be there, I wish I could stay longer. I will highly recommend this place and I am sure I will be back. If you go to Koh Lanta, stop looking for resort come here, stay in Lemonade Boutique you won't regret it!
