Could be great with a little more care.

Location is excellent, couple of minutes to beautiful beach.. 15 min walk to night market.. Staff helpful and friendly, Breakfast pretty good, basic but everything you need. We were in top floor room of main building... Great view and for the week we were there had the rooftop pool and sunbeds pretty much to ourselves.. Kids and families used other pools by the bungalows thankfully.. Rooftop pool was excellent. Beds comfortable and aircon quiet and very good. Would we return, yes... Just remember though it is a budget hotel.

The Hotel is getting old and tired in places.. I think there are only two cleaners and they cannot keep up with things..Our room was cleaned once during our week and the bedsheets not changed at all. Cleaning is not very good at all..The Hotel feels old and a bit grubby.. There were bottles left around the pool area by lazy guests which were there for days... In the end I cleaned it up myself. Having said all that it is one of the cheaper hotels in this area so you get what you pay for and it didn't stop us enjoying our week there.

Spent a week here didn’t feel like my bedsheets were ever changed. I know it’s Thailand. Seriously the white sheets just looked dirty every day. I the beds were just made not changed.

Room much nicer irl than the images do justice!! And loved the breakfast, it’s somewhat simple but everything you need, they also have this adorable egg station where you ask for however you want your eggs. Also, the service!!!! THANK YOU to the hotel who RUSHED after my minivan on a scooter as I forgot my ring in my room, wow🥹🥹 Not sure how to repay you apart from a thousand thank yous🙏🏼

Fantastic value for money! You’re greeted by the friendliest staff already at the reception — everyone smiles and is incredibly helpful. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it’s simply a nice place to be. They’ve clearly thought about what guests need (ie umbrellas when it was raining, water in the fridge everyday etc). I will definitely recommend this place to others! The cleaning is much better than in many other places we’ve stayed (and that’s quite a few — we’re a backpacking family). The breakfast staff are lovely, and they prepare really nice food with a smile. We stayed in a Family Deluxe Room, and there was a huge bed (several beds placed together), so it felt like all five of us were sleeping in one big bed — super cozy.

Lovely Hotel

Such a lovely place with friendly staff everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, special thanks to Fa for the upgrade and she was available every second when needed no matter the time 🙏🏻😇 much appreciated. 7 minutes walk to the beach , restaurants and supermarkets are few minutes away, if you need to rent motorcycles or car Fa will guide you and make arrangements hassle free with trust. Highly recommend this hotel, very respectful reasonable price and when i say reasonable i mean it.

perfect for a short stay

the staff here are absolutely fantastic, they let us check in early and check out 2 hours later with no cost. The also helped us rent a moped for the day. The room we huge and very comfortable and the location was perfect and lots of things were walkable if your not confident on a scooter. Also we loved the pool :)

Helpful and friendly staff. We got upgraded to a family room which was great. Really good size room with extra facilities. Right beside the pool . Lots of kids around so perfect for us but could see it could be annoying if you wanted child free peace . Good breakfast too

The location is perfect. Close to the nicest beach and loads of restaurants, shops, and laundry services. Shower is very powerful and aircon is good. Staff will organise scooter for you. Water left at your room door every day.

Bathroom floor gets very wet when using the shower. Another hand towel would be welcome for two people.

Lovely stay. Would 100% stay again

Pool on the other side was amazing. Showers were good and the staff were super friendly. Even giving us spray to kill mozzies in the room. We loved our stay

We did have an issue with our first room due to wood termites (which would have been there a while) but the staff didn’t even hesitate to upgrade us and move us. Which we really appreciated. The pool on the roof wasn’t usable, super dirty

We stayed in the main building (these are the cheapest rooms) so our review is only based on those rooms. The room was spacious enough and relatively clean and the balcony was big and had two chairs so it was nice to chill in the balcony. Bed was comfy. Rooftop pool was okay but not very special. Location was great and it's better to stay in the north part of lanta at least in low season. 7 eleven very near, self laundry machines across the street.

The room smelled a little bit like an old storage and the building was old and worn down on many places. There were some small bugs on the walls (although they were harmless and didn't move that much). We don't know about the rooms that are next to the other pool if they are better though so maybe that's why the review score is that high. Overall it was okay stay for a few nights when traveling with a low budget.

Personalen, jätte trevlig. Jätte hjälpsam. Läget perfekt om du ska äta frukost, lunch middag ute. Stig för att komma ner till stranden. Du korsar ingen gata för att komma dit. Laundry service runt hörnan.

Fläckiga lakan, hårda sängar, kalk i kranar och golvet. Allt var smutsigt. Man får vad man betalar för här i livet. Vill du sova för en övergång till annat går det bra. Vi sov två nätter. Inget ställe att ”bo på” eller stanna länge.

Die Lage war sehr gut, Strand nah aber auch an Restaurants Bett war sehr bequem, gute Dusche mit ausreichendem Wasserdruck

Leider war eine Moschee in der Nähe, hier wurde sehr oft und sehr laut zum Gebet gerufen Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen

Älskade att vi hade en egen uteplats precis vid poolen och att man fick röka på sin egen plats. Det var nära stranden, ca 4 min bort men man hade poolen om man inte orkade gå ner till stranden. Ingen som ser in, det är omringat med resterande gäster. Jätte nära seven eleven och lite annat, och walking street var bara en kvart promenad till.

Vi upptäckte massa spindelnät bakom sängen bara någon dag innan vi checkade ut.

Außergewöhnlich gut

Die Lage war super. Die Nähe zum wunderschönen Strand und zum Markt waren optimal. Bei allen Fragen und Wünschen waren die Angestellten super behilflich. Ein riesen Dankeschön für den Service.

Wir legen keinen Wert auf tägliche Zimmerreinigung, allerdings wäre das Leeren des Abfalleimers im Bad sehr gut.

Prisvärt men inte mitt första val med små barn

Bra AC, bra wifi & gott läge nära strand, 7eleven, restauranger med lekhörnor för barnen. Helt ok frukost. Man får be om städningen men den var också väldigt bra. Mycket prisvärt. Kändes som en camping/ett motell

Det var inte så praktiskt med ett litet barn (1 år) det gick bra med fyraåringen men sängen var högt upp och det fanns ingenstans ettåring kunde röra sig fritt (pool, stentrappor, trafikerad väg. Bättre för större barn som kan simma.
