Loved the area

The stairs can be very tricky

The apartment is in a great location with lots going on locally and easy access to public transport.

The apartment seems to a work in progress and needs some attention. On entry, there are steps down with no handrail. This was ok for our group but would be difficult for anyone with reduced mobility. The spiral steps to the first floor also had no handrail. The heater on the wall in the sitting area did not work, nor did the portable heater. There was a TV but no working remote control so it was useless. Upstairs, the bed in the large bedroom is comfortable but it is too big for the room so the door cannot swing. In the ensuite bathroom (which had no door), there is no extractor fan or ventilation.

Having three bedrooms and bathrooms was great with teenagers. The kitchen was small but well equipped. The best thing about this apartment was the location. No need for public transport, we walked everywhere, but the metro is very close if you did want to use it.

There was not much seating in the communal space but as we were out a lot this didn't matter too much.
