Nicely appointed, well equipped, comfortable, clean, well located, very helpful host
Property was great - only downside was finding places to park on the Friday evening (was OK other days) due to lack of parking across Cockermouth

Excellent location lots of bars and restaurants. All en-suite no waiting for a bathroom or toilet good size lounge and dining room
Finer details could do with some TLC cobwebs on ceilings doors need a good clean down shower heads could do with replacing
