The location facilities and the rooms and service were extremely good. The Spa was excellent and so relaxing and the staff were so friendly.

Great facilities, lovely location and garden and rooms. Overall a great stay.
Would not recommend the Grill for dinner, we had a really bad experience and had to sent a steak back and even when it came back was not cooked the way we were hoping.

What isn’t there to like, extremely dog friendly, stunning exterior and grounds, breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, fantastic food, amazingly tranquil spa and well equipped home from home room. Happy, accommodating staff.
Nothing, but it would have been lovely to be given the opportunity of an offer or discount if you stayed longer. We tried to and there was no incentive, only a change of room (down grade) which we didn’t want to do. We would have definitely spent more in the spa and restaurant/bar if we had stayed longer.
