Impressive Andalusian-style villa with 7 bedrooms and 5 large bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, bedrooms with TV, large terraces, solarium, barbecue and beautiful 900 m2 exotic garden with private pool. Wi-fi, satellite television, alarm and air conditioning in all bedrooms. Located on the famous Las Petunias beach, just 400 meters from the beach and a short distance from the famous Puerto Banús with all the entertainment, restaurants, bars, nightlife... The best place for large groups!
Location and security
This villa is a perfect option for you if you don't want to drive to dinner, go to the beach or just have a drink. The main avenue of Puerto Banús is a 20-minute walk away and there are many dining options just around the corner, from the popular and elegant restaurants "Marabierta" "Alabardero" "Nuevo Reino" etc... Carrefour supermarket, cafes, Hairdressers and beauty salons are just around the corner. Despite being in the center of everything, it is a quiet and relaxing retreat for your well-deserved vacation. And if you have to work, do it with a view of the pool ;-) with a reliable 5G fiber optic Internet connection.
