The apartment was spotless and well equipped. It was right beside the beach. There was a very convenient petrol station/shop very nearby for the basics.
It was a 15/20 minute walk into the main area of Marbella but saying that, the walk in along the board walk was very enjoyable and scenic by day.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It was extremely close to a lovely stretch of beach and had shops within walking distance. We had rented a car so we were able to travel very easily into Peurto Banus (around 15 mins) and old and new Marbella town (less than 10mins) with very short car journey. There was a lovely board walk along beach which I think you could quite easily walk into Marbella town. Nice quiet area, beach was quiet and not too busy and there was a couple of restaurants on the beach beside apartment.

The location was perfect for our trip.
Floor was dirty and had not been swept or mopped. Old fashioned. Noisy.
