It was a 15/20 minute walk into the main area of Marbella but saying that, the walk in along the board walk was very enjoyable and scenic by day.

Not good value for money. We chose this apartment because of the nice decor and updated furnishings however we arrived we found that most of the photos were not of the same apartment. Ours was small and very old furniture. Probably worth about 100€ per night, not over 300€ we had paid. Very disappointed.

Staying in this property was a torture😭

Nothing. It was wasting of money, energy and time. Extremely disappointed.

We lost days of our holiday searching for another place to stay. The property refused any refund. Avoid this place at all costs — it is noisy, smelly, unsafe, and completely misrepresented. NOISES : A deafening hammering sound shook the bathroom pipes whenever the AC was on. The staff admitted it and told us to “use the AC less”. Imagine trying to sleep in summer heat with no AC. Besides that outside, the whole street is full of car repair shops, so the noise never stops — shouting, drilling, hammering from morning till night. We can’t get a second feel relaxed from inside or outside noises. •SMELLS : The building faces public toilets on the beach. The stench of urine came directly into the apartment and onto the balcony. It was disgusting and impossible to enjoy the sea view advertised. .FURNITURE ESPECIALLY BEDS: Old, broken and noisy. Every time you turn, the iron frame cracks and wakes the other person. Sleeping and staying in this property was a real torture.

Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It was extremely close to a lovely stretch of beach and had shops within walking distance. We had rented a car so we were able to travel very easily into Peurto Banus (around 15 mins) and old and new Marbella town (less than 10mins) with very short car journey. There was a lovely board walk along beach which I think you could quite easily walk into Marbella town. Nice quiet area, beach was quiet and not too busy and there was a couple of restaurants on the beach beside apartment.

The only reason that you will rent this property is the beach access. Other than that avoid.

The location close to the beach

The apartment is old and has not been upgraded or properly maintained for a long time. AC was not working when we arrived and waited for few hours before it was fixed even then it was switching off every couple of hours. The washing machine door was broken but somehow it worked however when it started spinning the door opened and the load was thrown out creating a big miss. The machine was fixed 2 days later because it was a weekend. The cooking top knobs did not function properly because some were simply broken. The boiling kettle was so old and dirty to the level that you can not use it. The cups were so dirty that we had to clean everything again to make sure we are using clean dishes and cups. They did not change despite the fact that we highlighted it. There is mold in the bathrooms.

Would not recommend

Nice balcony

The photos are misleading, the pool is a fair walk away, with 2 gates and a door fob to get to the pool, the pools were empty but we got told off and for one of us to get out of the pool as 2 adults were watching an 8 month old baby, got told to read the list of rules that was extensive; you’re basically only allowed to breathe around the pool. We stayed for all of 10 minutes after this and as we was leaving a kid head dived into the pool right infront of the same pool guy that told us two adults couldn’t sit with an 8 month old in the pool, the worker did not care about the diving kid tho. House keeping didn’t check in once, no clean towels or bedding provided, tissue ran out and we had to go on a 30 minute walk to get some more, You are near one food place on the left and a drinks place directly outside, the food place was overly booked on weekends It was a 30-40 minute walk eastwards to get to any restaurants unless you wanted to get things from an expensive petrol station next door When we arrived the stove was on and wouldn’t go off until 2 people looked at it Couldn’t even wait by the pool on the last day as we had a late flight as we had to hand the keys in at 11am and to get into the pool you need the keys for the Kate’s and the fob for the clear door by the pool The pools are nowhere near as big as they appear in the photos either.

Great location with access to the beach.

Location with perfect access to the beach side. You can rent one set of umbrella with 2 sunbeds (in the nearest restaurant just next to the apartment) for 15€ per day. Terrace with see view and sound of waves was great when sitting outside in the evening. The apartment was cozy and well arranged. The nearest large parking with lot of spaces located 4 minutes walking distance from the apartment (for 4€ per day).

Swimming pool operating hours: 12.00 - 20.00.

Beautiful views, nice pool, Tatinia was perfect to deal with, full communication and fast responses.

Pool facilities not open until midday, a large distance to other facilities such as shops and restaurants (apart from the 2 on the beach), perhaps a sewage issue in the building with stale smell in the property, air conditioning working at a very minimum and only in some rooms, towels or toiletries (including toilet paper) are not changed or re filled

+ Close to beach + Terrace overlooked the beach & mountains as it was a side view + Spacious 3 bed, 2 bathroom apartment + Clean + Out of hours check in was easy

- As it’s not a serviced apartment, I’d suggest providing more towels and bedding so guests have the option to change them as and when required - The mattresses weren’t the comfiest - On check out I handed the keys to the member of staff on duty but she didn’t really make any conversation with us to see how our stay was which is just the basic customer service you would expect

The location on the beach, so close to the city. The size of the balcony (Deluxe apartment). Communication with hosts to get keys and early check-in. Great space with 2 bathrooms and everything you need really.

The building work in the house just above our heads with extreme noise and drills. I had to work with conference calls and my friends needed rest with health issues but that was kind of impossible, just bad luck probably, but in reality the hosts should know and give a heads-up.
