Extremely pleasant experience

The accommodation is well located and easy to find upon arrival. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and friendly. The apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained with a large terrace overlooking the sea.

Excellent apartment at the edge of center

New and very clean, everything was functioning. Good location on the edge of the center. Nice view over street to the sea. Well isolated from traffic noise. Easy access to garage underneath the building and from there to the apartment.

A bit sterile. Could have had more glasses and cups, a kitchen brush. The other bathroom was a bit cold. Digital key not reliable so take a plastic one too.

Aqua Apartments was a good decision nice very spacious rooms ( kitchen facilities all there) location of the apartments ( access to the car park, morning coffee downstairs coffe shop and much more ) beach, walking distance to old town- definitely worth and I already looking to book another stay

Excellent location and from our apartment we had views onto the sea. A large balcony, large bright clean modern rooms and lovely clean en-suite facilities. The kitchen had everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. We like walking and were only a 20 mins brisk walk from main bus station. My teenage sons found a great shopping center - La Canada Shopping- 20 mins walk away. Lovely walk along promenade 1 min away and a great choice of restaurants close by. The staff in reception are very friendly and helpful and willing to advise on what to do in the area. The key app worked perfectly. There was a mix up regarding a taxi booking and the staff were very helpful in resolving it. We got our deposit back the day we left.

If I’m really looking for something it s the busy road between the property and the beach.

Clean modern apt, in a reasonable location with helpful staff

Very modern, clean. Bottle of water in fridge.

Beside a busy road. Internal lighting very stark when main lights on. could benefit with some lamps. Four persons staying, only two coffee pods provided. Electronic keys were problematic, sometimes they worked, other time not.

Well rested, well feed, well looked after making memories.

Everything. Googled local supermarkets, old town, pubs, beach, resturants. All first rate. Pool small but perfect for needs of holiday makers. Cafe attached brill. Service A one. Would defo recommend and price again ourselves for family/friend breaks. Highly recommend Cafe Latifa. Short walk from appts. Let Mossi suggest shared meal plan. Delicious.

Great location, very clean! Deffo stay again

Very clean and spacious, had all the amenities you could need. Beds were comfy, balcony was very big and location was perfect. Very secure to get into property. Just like the pictures!

FANTASTIC

Hotel was fantastic. Everything was catered for us. bed linen very clean and travel cot was of a very good quality. exceptionally clean apartment and had everything we needed for our stay. All areas were cleaned daily and staff were very polite. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Pool side was brilliant. Located near all local amenities. Shops, beach and Old Town!

Could have done with a rubbish bin provided on site as getting rid of rubbish was a little difficult as you had to use roadside bins,

Lovely apartment with terrace and jacuzzi, location less ideal

The penthouse apartment was beautiful – we really enjoyed using the barbecue, the jacuzzi, and especially the huge terrace! The neighborhood itself is not particularly attractive, and it’s quite far from Puerto Banús, but the old town is only a 15-minute walk away. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

The view was not a full 5-star experience, since on both sides there is a hospital building that doesn’t look very nice, and this hasn’t been mentioned in previous reviews. The air conditioning could not be controlled separately in each room. The pool does not face the beach and I think it is small for so many people. Also, the beach right in front of the hotel was not nice – the water was dirty – so we walked 15–20 minutes every day to find a better one.

Very clean, good price, and friendly staff. Perfect for a group of friends.

We were going out in Puerto Banus, which is around a 15 min drive away so prices of Ubers added up. However, the apartment was perfect so can’t complain, maybe just poor planning on location from us. Defo recommend.

Super apartments and highly recommended.

Very modern and spacious apartment. Everything worked well in the apartment and it was perfectly presented when we got there. The staff at reception were very helpful and the communication from them before, during and after we arrived was excellent.

Not ideal to have to remove the bins ourselves at the end of our stay, even though they very clearly showed where we could get rid of rubbish and it was nearby and easy to do.

Great stay!

A well equipped property centrally located right next to old Marbella. There is a pool in the back that we didn’t use. Washer in the apartment too which is useful. There is staff onsite to help with whatever is needed and they are also available via WhatsApp. Apartment was modern and clean.

Wish there were more towels! We only had one large towel for the body and a medium one for the hair. No face cloths. You can check out a pool towel by the pool Though so I suppose if one is desperate for towels for their shower you can use that.

We rented a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. It was modern, very clean. Liked how fairy liquid and cleaning brush and bin bags were provided. It was very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. They even ordered me a bread knife when I asked if they could by courier next day.

It’s off a roundabout and can be quite noisy with traffic. However location is handy to get onto the beach.

Recommend

Very clean and modern style. The staff were helpful and really friendly. The pool was a great size and got lots of sun up until late evening, no buildings blocking it. Many loungers around so always had somewhere to lie. Even though a bar was not here, you were able to eat and drink by the pool, and they plastic cups to borrow as well as pool towels with no deposits needed.

That you have to take your bins out at the end of the stay. This was a real inconvenience to be honest as we had last bits of rubbish at 3am when we checked out, so it meant going through the streets late at night. Also, I believe it is not the guests job to dispose of rubbish when you pay for an apartment stay.

Perfect girly getaway in the sun

Perfect stay for a girly getaway. We stayed in a three bedroom which had a large master and two smaller twins and nearby shared bathroom. Living space and balcony were spacious and well equipped. Pool was gorgeous and usually a free lounger. Towels included. Cafe next door was a huge bonus, Ice coffee and brunch! The team facilitated us with luggage storage and allowed us to stay by the pool on day of check out!

Perfect apartment and location

The apartment was great! We loved the terrace and the comfortable rooms. The receptionists were very kind and I felt very secure with our stay. The location is just perfect - just less than 10 minutes away from the old town. It couldn't be better. The parking just perfect - in the building.

Really clean apartments and very helping and kind staff. We experienced the big power shortage of Spain and Portugal when we stayed there, but they were so friendly and helping about it. Beautiful apartments and good view from the terrace. We really liked how you could enter the apartments with your phone (even while there was no electricity).

Fabulous stay in Marbella!

The apartments are gorgeous, modern and clean. They are so spacious - 6 of us stayed in one apartment and it never felt crowded. The apartments were 5 mins away from the water and a 15 minute walk to old town - fabulous location. Staff was also helpful, friendly and patient (we were a group of 16 😅) the apartments are also very secure with an access code to get into the main complex and one to get into the block, and then key entry into the room.

Ultra clean and modern accommodation very close to the centre of Marbella, with parking.

Seemed like a totally new / refurbished building, every fitting and the decor all set to the highest standards. A very comfortable nights sleep was had by all guests and we were all impressed by how new and clean the room ( and entire place) was, so very happy to recommend it if it's in the area you're thinking of staying in ( that being a 5/10 minute gentle stroll up the main road into the old town / marina area etc) or even closer to the older commercial port too.

There was nothing we didnt like and would happily stay there again.
