The apartment is in a great location close to trams and the river. There is a large shopping centre 1 tram stop away
Vladimir met us at the airport and was very responsive during our stay
The apartment is spacious and has a certain faded grandure
Elevator is present but is external and stops between floors. There are a significant number of stairs so not suitable for people with mobility issues. The apartment could benefit from some maintenance, guidelines for visitors, a new mattress and a good clean. In particular the oven microwave and TV remote needed attention.

La ubicación es muy buena. En una ciudad como Praga donde el centro está saturado y con altos precios, este alojamiento se encontraba a unos 20-25 minutos andando y junto a una parada de metro.
Además, el apartamento era muy espacioso y el dueño contactó antes de nuestra llegada lo cual siempre da más confianza.
La limpieza del apartamento, especialmente de los baños, fue lo peor.
Además, algunos de los útiles de cocina estaban en unas malas condiciones para su uso y requerían ser cambiados.
Las camas tampoco eran especialmente cómodas y las cortinas al ser cortas permitían el paso de la luz solar en cuanto amanecía.

The apartment was very spacious and included two seperate bathrooms. located right on the river, close to the dancing building. Host agreed to hand off the keys early even though we were not supposed to check in before 14:00. Apartment had a nice balcony even though it was facing the inner courtyard.
couldn't figure out the TV.

Appartamento accogliente e spazioso, ottima posizione e prezzo contenuto.
Tutto molto pulito.
Molto efficiente il servizio di navetta da e per aeroporto, puntuale ed economico.
Solo da migliorare alcuni dei materassi che sono risultati un pò deformati e alcuni letti un pochino "datati".
