Luxury Modern Apartment with View

Great place, nice, modern and clean, not so great feedback from the host. They failed to send us the check in link beforehand. With 1500 check in time, we got the link at 1455 and the AI powered system took 40 minutes to complete. Then the lockbox was damaged and we couldn't retrieve the key to the apartment. All with the host that doesn't accept phone calls. Only messages that were not immediately responded to.

Poor communication with the host.

Der Badventilator lief die ganze Zeit und liess sich nicht ausschalten! Sehr störend! Absolut unprofessionelles Personal. Wir haben zwei Kleidungsstücke im Schrank vergessen und wollten diese abholen. Es hat 3 Tage gedauert, bis man uns sagen konnte wo die Sachen sind. Kommunikation absolut unterirdisch ausschliesslich per Whats App. Keine Antwort am Telefon.

The view and apartment design. Location, a bit far yet super close to bus and very convinient for family walks. Very easy check-in and check-out process.

Attention to detail of the cleaning crew needs to be improved and the overall customer service too. The bedsheets were not clean and had stains and hair on it, seemed they might have been washed but not dried/sanitized properly. Apartment cleaning seemed to be rashed through as rug and main floor was not properly vacumed. Some kitchen items needed to be rewashed before use..and the porch was not cleaned after previous guests. We had a small child with us, which made all the spots even more visible when playing on floor and other apartment areas. We had not been able to clean ourselves as cleaning supplies were not found. One bathroom made it challenging to manage bigger group, but possible to build closer connection and build few jokes. Bathroom shelving/stool/additional hangers would be a great addition for more convinance.
