Apartments Tronicek

A large apartment in downtown Prague. Close to the Old Town. Short walk to the Trams. Very 'retro' and well equipped. Quite a home away from home.

Host met us and completed a walk through of the apt, which was great. Apt is huge....... only concern was noise due to it being close proximity to Kafka art exhibit

Outside noise from the street was a bit of an issue

Very kind staff, spacious apartment, great location.

Slightly dated interior with a shower curtain that only covered half the bathtub.

The location was good for access to the old town with a 2 minute walk to a shopping centre for basic food needs (supermarket), some reatusrants near be, tram station not far, lift was very helpful as proerty is on the 4th floor

While I like separate toilets and bathrooms, here, the toilet room was so tiny, you could hardly move. Everything n the flat is a bit outdated, double bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable as thin and hard, kitchen could do with a few more cooking utensils although we only had breakfast (for that it was fine), the heating was on full blast and could not be regulated by us as on some sort of timer. It was really hot and host told us to just open the windows to cool down. Seems very wasteful and not environmentally friendly. It was also quite noisy during the night as some people seem to gather for hours oppoiste the property in the little park. We only stayed for two nights so it was ok but would not use this property for a porper holiday stay.
