Wunderschöne Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt mit allem, was man in einem Apartment brauchen könnte. Betten sind auch sehr bequem, 3 WCs, 2 Bäder, mehrere Zimmer, super!!

Central location. Easy access to many locations and restaurants. Spacious location. Good WiFi. We obtained the passcode from the hotel remotely via email and WhatsApp communication after online check in process had completed. Staff are responsive.
Not enough cooling systems so in summer days we have trouble sleeping and we have to buy ourselves a fan to sleep. Pillows are not comfortable.

Lokalita byla skvělá. Ulice Na můstku. Vše do krátké vzdálenosti. Byt byl prostorný a hezký. Pocit z bytu nám zkazil uklid, který nebyl dostačující.
Parkování jsme využili jejich garáži což bylo super. Jen upozorňuji. Uvedli jsme na parkování pozdější čas příjezdu, a přijeli jsme dřív, tak nám kód nefungoval. Je potřeba nahlásit do předu změnu času příjezdu. Dostanete nový kód.
Vybavení kuchyně nebylo úplné. Kávovar na kapsle bez kapslí. Byli jsme ubytováni na jednu noc. Dalo by se představit i delší pobyt. Jen by mohl být větší důraz na uklid. Podlaha lepkavá, gauč nevysátý všude drobky i něčím politý. V koupelně kolem toalety počůrané. Sprchový kout zanedbaný. Co se tam umývá tak maximálně vyleští skla od kapek.
Uvítala bych i bezkontaktní ubytování. Po všech instrukcí jsem vyplnila veškeré údaje což u recepce strašně pomůže a zbytečně nezdržuje při přečtení klíčů.
Ale většina hostů tohle neudělá, takže čekáte i přes půl hodiny na klíče aniž by to bylo u vás potřeba.
Takže náš check-in byl dohromady 3h než jsme se dostali na byt.

Nothing
Our booking was for HAVELSKA OLD TOWN residence AND NOT FOR THE PLACE WE WERE PUT IN. We are over 70 and booked HAVELSKA because it had a lift.
When we arrived apparently our apartment was given out and reception decided to put us in Selinor T2A on 3rd floor with stairs only.
The only plugs working is in the kitchen where my husband had to sleep with his CPAP machine.
This apartment looks like a school dormitory rather than a restplace
