Žatecká - Old Town Residence

Ease of check-in, one of the most central locations in Prague. Well furnished, clean and tidy. All amenities present for a self-sustainable stay. Recommended.

Not exactly related to the apartment, but some neighbours were extremely loud at nights.

Great location everyone was very Freindly and helpful. We traveled into Warsaw Poland for the Worlds bench press competition and got on a train for one day to see Prague! Then went back to Poland for the event. It was a fantastic experience and the apartment was a great experience for us on a fast trip!

Excellent location - close to the Old Town Square. Easy to walk / take public transport to various tourist places.

The apartment is old and needs to be renovated - the flooring had a worn out look, the shower was leaking (was fixed the next morning).

Great location, spacious apartman

The apartment does not have A/C, which makes it unsuitable for staying during the summer, especially in periods of extreme heat. Immediately after our arrival, someone came to inspect the apartment and asked whether we had found a handbag. This was quite unsettling. The bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for about two hours on one of the days. While the connection was eventually restored, we received no communication or update from the host regarding the issue or its resolution. On one of the days, yellow water started coming out of the tap. When we reported it, we were told it was a “temporary outage” and we can understand this is not under host control. However, when we kindly asked the host to check with the local water supply company for an estimated resolution time, the response was simply, “We do not obtain that info as it is not up to us.” This demonstrated a complete lack of willingness to assist guests.
