Separated rooms with doors and washing machine was nice and appreciated. Kitchen space was nice but we did not really use it for our two-night stay. Communications with renter were good. Short to moderate walks to all Old Town sites.
Creaky floors and all the reminders to be super quiet and not bother the neighbors with consequences of penalty fees. Cooler temperature inside apartment would have been appreciated. Sooner check-in instructions would have been more ensuring.

A warm flat (we were in February), few min by walk from main square - it was so comfortable to walk around, a kitchen corner has plates, cups, toaster and so on

The hosts had good communication, and the location was great
The guesthouse is just a room within a normal flat, so it was more of a house share than formal accommodation. It was okay as we were out and about anyway, but if we wanted to spend time at the house it felt uncomfortable. The noise around was loud as well (happens when central by bars and restaurants).
