The room was big and spacious, the hotel was very clean, 24h reception, location wow! They were accommodating of requests.
Would generally recommend
The stairs ( we were duly informed before hand).
The staff could be a tad bit friendlier.
An egg as an addition to the breakfast buffet would go a long way.

The location was amazing and building had a ton of character. Breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable and the location of a nice little pub just outside the front door was an added bonus.
The shower could have had a curtain on it to prevent water from spraying around. They had bookcase with books you could swap in and out but no one had a key. (We left our books on top.)

Terrific location behind the Old Town Square
Just some effort would improve the rooms appreciably, such as curtains for all windows and showers. Breakfast is grim
