    This hotel would have been perfect if the air conditioner had been working in our room. We specifically picked a hotel with air conditioning but when we arrived to our room after traveling all night, it was very hot. I thought it would cool down once we turned on the air, but we couldn't figure it out. I went to the front desk, waited quite awhile for someone to come and the attendant told me it was broken and I should open the windows and she'd bring an extra fan. We should have been informed before our arrival or at least at checkin of this.. After going back and forth, she showed me a small, dark room that was no comparison to the room we booked. Anyway, we ended up staying in the room we booked. It was loud from the street noise and the promised extra fan was never arrived. The thing that causes me to write the review was the way the attendant counteracted everything I said and never apologized or took accountability and definitely did not offer any compensation or amends for the inconvenience. Further, the hotel provides bikes but one of the bikes got a flat tire on our ride because the tire was so worn out and we had to walk the bikes back to the hotel quite a distance. Again, no apology. Otherwise, the hotel is lovely, in a good location and offers an exceptional breakfast.

    Perfect central location right in the heart of the Old Town, just steps from the Astronomical Clock. The building has a beautiful original character, and the room was very spacious for the three of us. Special thanks to Kyryl and Daria for being so accommodating and friendly, they really made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended.

    Apart from location so so, staff did not replenish body wash and shampoo even asked 2 days and also bathroom nothing to put extra amenities. Breakfast good. Had to ask for tea to be refilled
