    The first time stepping into the hotel, the smell of the place already provides a sense of 5-star quality and the interiors and architecture are tastefully done. We got an attic room which added to its charm and it was large and very comfortable with a very nice bathroom. The amenities were of quality and I would recommend having their breakfast as well, it was something we all enjoyed. Location wise it was just a few minutes walk from Charles bridge which tells you how amazing that is. Cannot recommend this hotel more. We really enjoyed our stay here.

    Great location, central to everything you might wanna do. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms. Great breakfast, staff helpful with transportation and ideas for sightseeing.

    We booked a Premium room with a city view - what we got was a pigeon hole with a window in the roof to view the city sky. Our room was remarkably small, on the top attic floor, with the tiniest bathroom ever. When asked about the size, the manager was extremely aggressive and insisted that this was their premium room and that the listing on Agoda shows incorrect pictures and lists their Presidential suite. He refused to show us any other rooms and said that they are sold out (when they were not as it was showing available for booking online). He kept on insisting that what was provided was the premium room. Additionally the room door was always open a crack - even after they fixed it. They did not refresh the water or the cups etc for our entire stay. The room was hardly refreshed. The hotel keeps on trying to sell minimalist and using saving the planet to not do any work - opt to not have your room tidied and made up and the impact will be enough to power the showers for a full day for the entire hotel! They really took it took far - the staff was rude and unhelpful and Mohammad was the most arrogant of them all.
