Hotel Esprit

Konum temizlik oldukça iyi

Die Lage vom Hotel ist wirklich toll. In kürzerster Zeit kann man alle Highlights von Prag abgehen. Ausserdem ist es sehr ruhig, das Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße wo kaum Verkehr ist. Das Zimmer, das Bett, das Badezimmer - allees ist in Ordnung. Das Frühstück lässt (für mich) keine Wünsche offen. Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit einem Fenster, aber eine der Rezeptionistinnen war froh das ich es gemeldet habe und es wurde umgehend erledigt.

Wenn man nicht erwartet beim Betreten des Hotels gegrüßt zu werden, dann gibt's nix das nicht gefallen hat

Small Art deco style hotel, a short walk to the Old Town Square. We had a large bedroom, the twin beds were very comfortable. Modern bathroom with large shower and plenty of towels. The self service restaurant served a great breakfast, plenty of choice. We were able to store our luggage after check out.

The TV didn't work initially, but this was sorted out by the management. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken and the shower gel was running low. Although the room was large, I felt one armchair would have been sufficient. It made it quite difficult to get to the window and the tea/coffee making facilities. The young woman running the restaurant could have been a bit more helpful and welcoming!

The room was spacious & featured a jacuzzi and spacious balcony. The location is perfect.

Whilst it may have been grand at one point the overall condition & appearance indicates no investment in upkeep or refurbishment. The carpets, assets & facilities, whilst clean, showed significant wear. The armchair in my room was one example. I paid over £600 for the weekend but could not sit or place clothing on it.
