Caroline Old Town Square Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Caroline Old Town Square Hotel in Prague. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and genuinely friendly welcome. As we were staying on their very first day of opening, the hotel kindly surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself is beautiful: a brand-new complex, carefully designed and exceptionally well maintained. The covered and open-air courtyards are particularly charming, creating a peaceful, romantic and almost magical atmosphere right in the heart of Prague. Our room was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and decorated with a lovely romantic style. Every detail felt carefully considered and made the stay very comfortable. The staff were kind, welcoming and always happy to help, making us feel truly well looked after throughout our stay. A wonderful new hotel in a fantastic location, with a unique atmosphere and excellent hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Caroline Old Town Square Hotel and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Prague.

Very small rooms, but that was explained.

The location

When we arrived at our destination the receptionist informed me that I had to go to another location to pick up my key but when we arrived there the receptionist at that location informed us that the first receptionist could have given us the keys but didn’t for some reason and encouraged us to mention this fact. Also I had requested for a double bed but it turned out that there were two twin beds placed together so there was a wooden barrier in the middle. There was no water boiler in the room to make tea and the only bin was a tiny one in the bathroom.
