    Never stay in this place! There was no hot water in the room and we weren't offered to change to another room until the day after. Yet, there was no refund and hotel manager even lied to Agoda that they offered me a different room immediately upon knowing about the water issue! In fact, I was told the hotel was fully occupied and there was no room to swap to until 24 hours later!

    Exquisite hotel in the heart of Prague with an exceptional dining area in a historical cellar. The staff is fantastic, my parents were so happy. It has definitely become our go to in Prague!

    No air conditioning or even fan to move air and if you open the windows it is very loud all night long. With global warming they should have option to use air or fan settings. There are no surface areas in shower or at sink to put your items and the shower is a struggle! If you use the shower head above it floods the bathroom. The breakfast is the highlight.
