    Hotel is in a brilliant location and the rooms are lovely. Cleaning is excellent and the beds are great. However the breakfast was very very poor, ran out of lots of food and the waiters were not overly friendly. It was really cramped in a small section of the restaurant and you took your life in your hands trying to get to the eggs (only to find they had run out) alongside about 20 other people. Coffee was simply awful. Breakfast was so bad we didn’t bother on day 2. On day 3 we had an early pick up and there was no offer of a take away breakfast. So we paid for 3 days and had 1 which was terrible. The young blonde lady on reception was very friendly and helpful but all other reception staff could not be bothered to help. For the price I suggest finding an alternative establishment. Was very disappointed.

    Everything Perfect except the corridors and the elevator. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff. Dinner, I don't recommend to add with reservations

    We enjoyed our stay at the hotel for 4 days. The buffet breakfast was quite sumptuous and adequate. Ms. Nichol at the Concierge Desk was extremely helpful and competent. I would recommend this hotel without any reservations. The proper rating for the hotel should be 4 star, not 5 star as listed.

    We had a wonderful time at the hotel. All accommodations were amazing, will stay there again. Location is very convenient to the Castle, Charles Bridge and Old Town. Staff very friendly especially the nice lady for tours.
