Facilities, as we travelled with two teenagers so kitchen and sparate wc were very helpful, location was amazin - 20 min walk to city center and 3 min walk to metro/tram station, quick contact with property manager who was very nice

Excellent location!! Near to everywhere, huge room, and clean bathroom

City center so you have noise all day, but I can sleep without problems

We would have liked a more flexible check-in and check-out

Location was absolutely perfect. Near touristic Hotspots and the convenient 22 tram line to go to the other side of the river. The service via the app was very good and polite. They always answered and very fast too, to every inquiry we had. The shared kitchen was very organised and clean.

The bathroom: the curtain smelled, the shower wall was slimy and it was not possible to take a shower without flooding the room. Even with mops and towels, it was not possible to keep it dry. And because of that, the wood portion of the floor was decaying and moldy. This was not necessary, but there were no shower gel/shampoo bottles, so if you go, you should take your own. Mattresses were very thin. It was like sleeping directly in wood. Internet connection was unstable. Not possible to connect in some parts of the room.
