Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (blisko przystanek tramwajowy), blisko dworca kolejowego Praha hl.n. (12 min na piechotę). W okolicy sklepy spożywcze (Lidl - 220 metrów), kawiarnie, bary, restauracje. Blisko do wieży telewizyjnej Žižkov. Nie jest też daleko na piechotę do parku i stacji metra Jiřího z Poděbrad.
Mieszkanie nie ma deklarowanych 40 m2, na pewno ma mniej, może max. 30 m2? (Apartament z widokiem na okolicę).

The apartment is in a great location, less than a 10-minute walk to a tram stop with numerous connections. The main railway station is just one tram stop away and easily accessible by foot. There are also several grocery stores nearby, including a Lidl. The host management and housekeeper were extremely helpful and responsive. I was highly impressed! Appartement spacieux, calme et très propre. L'hôte est très réactive.

Pohodlná postel.
Při pracovním 5denním pobytu jsem se necítila bezpečně při procházení garážovým vjezdem, světla se rozsvítily pozdě apod. Chyběly polštáře na gauči, takže nebyl pohodlný. Chyběla mikrovlnka, ale to je moje chyba, protože v jiných appartmánech majitele byla, čekala jsem ji tady s kuchyňkou. Celkově ale na bytě nebylo nic "stylish", posloužil, příště jiný.
