Vincanto Apartments Oldtown Prague1

The staff and location are major selling points for this property. The area was fairly quiet in Late September, the location was within 10-30 minutes walking distance to most of Pragues many attractions and it felt very safe even later in the evening. We locked ourselves out on our first night and the owners responded immediately to let us into the building, Aldo was very helpful giving us instructions on travel arrangements and guidance on what to see around the city. The property itself served our needs but it is basic.

The doors to the apartment do not sit very securely in their frame and feel like they could be easily pried open. The bedroom is very bright & spacious but pushing single beds together to act as doubles isn’t great for a romantic city break. I read other reviews about poor pillows prior to booking and scoffed about people being picky but the pillows are in need of replacement and do affect the quality of sleep. A second armchair in the bedroom would be nice too. The kitchen smells faintly of damp, though it’s fit for purpose and well enough equipped for visitors.

Great location and nice old traditional building.. the host also very caring and helpful.

Bathroom facilities a bit outdated and uncomfortable for a space meant for.7 guests. I would not stay in this apartment again with that many folks felt cramped but for a smaller family works great. Recommend this apartment up to max 4 guests.

Place is very spacious with everything needed. Very close to the city center, walking distance. The staff also was supportive and responsive which is always appreciated.

Minor issue for us. The 2 large beds are made of two individual beds together basically, which gives the impression that are queen/king size but they are not attached together. If you move a lot or you are a couples, this could be a problem.
