    10/10 loved our stay here. Location: ideal. It was easy to get to via tram from the airport. A short walk takes you to the old town area and you could have a nice evening stroll by the river. It is located on the street off the main road so it is quiet but close enough to the main road to walk and catch a tram to wherever you need to go. There's food close to the hotel. The area is safe. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Jan especially gave us very warm welcome at check-in and was so nice to talk to. They also helped us store our luggage overnight for our trip out of town. Room: The room itself is so clean and spotless, it was spacious and we loved that the windows opened up and we could get some cold fresh air. We really appreciate that the beds that 2 separate duvet blankets, we slept really well there. The shower worked well. Walls are thick but the noise level depends on your neighbors, the corridor is narrow so sound travels if they're talking outside their rooms. We stayed in both the Standard and Superior Room and noticed that the Superior Room had free toiletries, house slippers, 2 bottles of water, and a bath robe for use; but the Standard Room did not have any of those. Breakfast: Hotel breakfast is a winner. Though it was generally the same spread every day, we ate it for 4 days and did not get bored of it. Food was so fresh, the bread tasted like it was baked that same morning, it was just overall a winner in my books. All in all, 10/10 stay.

    We had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of delicious options, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, we had issues with our room key cards during all three days of our stay, which was a little inconvenient. Fortunately, the front desk staff were always quick to resolve the problem and were very helpful. Overall, it was a good experience, and it would have been even better if the room key system had been more reliable.

    Overall, we had a good stay. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the Prague Old Town center, with several minimarkets nearby. The staff speaks good English and is very patient. A special thanks to the front desk for helping us locate the police station when we lost our phone. The only downside was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub was not thoroughly cleaned and had some stains; we had to wipe it down with a towel ourselves before using it. Other than that, everything was OK.
