River View Residence

Apartment was excellent. Fantastic location with stunning views across river. Very spacious. Rooms very large and big kitchen. Directions to where to pick up keys were easy to follow.

It was easy enough to get keys but did involve a 1.5km walk past apartments to pick up keys at a hotel and then 1.5km walk back to apartment. Same when handing keys back.

The better thing there is a view - it is really "River View" residence! Also we liked a lot of space and especially high ceilings! The reception is nice and polite! We used a kitchen to cook so everything works there.

1) The bathroom should have a door latch! If you travel with children - this is a must have thing! 2) The same for the bedroom! 3) The check-in process occurs in the main office but the apartment itself is on another bank of the Vltava - and you realize it only there - after a long way in the Prague's traffic jams you definitely do not want to do this twice 3) When I booked I selected the "with Parking" option. But in reality it means that "there is a public parking nearby" and if you are lucky you may stay there. It costed me more that 1000 czech crowns (maybe it is my fault and Booking honestly mentioned this - do not remember)

Great location and relatively cheap

We had to go out of our way 1 hour by public transport with all our bags to get the key to the residence. Most places would have keys in a lock box at the property than make the guests go across the river to a completely different part of town. We live in Czechia, so I wonder how people arriving for the first time cope with this. Moreover, this arrangement in not clearly and explicitly stated in the description of the residence.This is a major problem, and why I rated this place so low.
