Carrying suitcases up 20 steps was a little difficult, but I knew there would be no elevator.

Location is great in lively Santo Spirito. Many good restaurants nearby. Short walk to Uffitzi, Duomo, Santa Croce, Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens etc.. Spacious, clean, small but adequate kitchen. Comfortable bed, clean white bedding. Great for 2 people.Had contact with the agent but never net anyone.
The shower room was adequate although shower is a bit dared and tired. Did not use the terrace, it is,very basic and, as others have commented, it does smell from the fish restaurant below. A bit deceived by the photo of the courtyard garden and "secret garden"; the garden is a private garden below with a pond and watering system; beware the mosquitos with the bedroom window open.

Byt je starý , staře zařízený. Postele jsou velmi měkké a na té třetí v kuchyni se nedá spát. Je opravdu velmi krátká, měkká. V bytě není mýdlo na ruce a málo toaletního papíru, který došel první den. Byt je malý na skvělém místě.
