Comodidad a buen precio.

Un lugar limpio, ordenado, muy cerca de Valencia y de Torrente y Aldaia donde pudimos visitar a amigos. Para nosotros estratégicamente ubicado. Muy amables los anfitriones.

El ventilador del techo de la habitación de camas individuales estaba un poco flojo. En un futuro podéis poner un microondas y una lavadora pequeña quizás. No nos hizo falta, sólo una sugerencia.

Ce appartement est idéalement situé à 10-15 mn du centre-ville de Valencia en empruntant le métro ligne 2. L'arrêt se situe à 50m de l'appartement (coût < 6 euros le ticket) Cet appartement est entièrement neuf, grand avec deux belles chambres séparées, une salle de bain, un cuisine, un salon avec table pour manger et deux canapés. Il a des fenêtres mais hautes. Pas de vue sur la rue ou sur l'extérieur. Le stationnement dans la rue est gratuit. Pas de nuisances ou d'insécurité constatée. Idéal pour visiter Valence. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants et très aimables.

Le quartier où il se situe n'a que peu d'intérêt même s'il comporte quelques commerces alimentaires et une pizzeria.
