    The staff, the large room, and wonderful property made for a great stay!

    We stayed during the summer slow season so the only available amenities were the pools. Everything else was closed including the restaurant and bars, some parts of the resort seemed a bit run down and one time we've also experienced a several hour power outage in middle of the night that they didn't know about until after we called their emergency number (front desk staffs leaves after 9pm and nobody know about the outage) before power was restored. The resort itself is huge but only a few guests were seen. The staffs were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean.

    They had a massive resort, with multiple buildings but decided to host the ONLY two guests in the neighboruing room. That's not the problem. The electricity went for 4hrs at night. We were left sweating. No reception. No staff. The whole property was empty with absolutely no one. Calling didn't help. And next morning, they yelled at us for confronting about powercut that lasted for 4hrs

    I'm resting here at the moment. Against the background of the appearance of positive reviews, I will say the following: the inability to sleep is the main reason for a disgusting vacation. Every morning at 7 or 8 am, the cleaner with a broom sweeps the foliage next to the bungalow. You won't be able to sleep, and even if you tell the staff at the reception, they won't do anything. Insanely disappointing service. P.S. As if cleaning foliage will make the hotel more beautiful... The problem is not a few leaves!
