Poor breakfast, but great bungalows and areas - recommended!

The bungalow, size of the bungalow, standard of the bungalow, location etc. was great. Quiet, clean and still close to the really nice long beach with nice water.

The breakfast was not too good. No cheese, ham etc. Just a little bit salad and two choices of fruit (melon and pineapple). And egg with very little extra. One day however we got some ham. Decided mostly to eat breakfast at other locations.

Beds are a little bit tought to sleep but for others can be ok if you like hard bed. If other person is moving then all bed are shaking and moving.

Out of 6 hotels I stayed during my Thailand trip (all in the same price range) this was the worst

Reception lady is very nice and tries to be helpful

1) We had bed bugs in our room, overall the room had a certain smell and felt like it could use a refresh or a deep cleaning 2) the hotel is close to the local highway so during the night its quite loud 3) we booked a villa, but ended up in the only twin villa in the resort, and the walls are paper-thin so unfortunately could hear my neighbours using the restroom or during the night ;-) 4) poor breakfast options

Perfect location close to the beach.

The location was fantastic, the actual accommodation was beautiful and loved having a front porch to sit on in the early morning.

The two main owners of the property at the front desk are a little rude, and aren’t very kindest to their staff.

Keep this gem a secret

This is such a beautiful, laid back place, with the most caring staff and tropical setting. And just a few minutes walk to the beach and the string of restaurants and bars you'll find there. We encountered a very wet spell during our stay, but had no problem just chilling on our balcony in the lush surrounds, wandering down to the beach for a dip, eating at local restaurants... Wonderful!

See on a gorgeous garden, the accommodation is clean and well looked after. So close to the beach and a short walk away from local restaurants, it’s a great place to stay in Koh Lanta! Staff were extremely helpful and always available when we needed anything.

the rooms are very nice and so spacious! the gardens are well kept and the location is fairly central, right on the beach and close to heaps of restaurants. the owners helped organise us a van to our next location too! :)

Great value for a quiet oasis in southern Thailand

Booked out of season on Ko Lanta as wanted somewhere peaceful and quiet to relax. The bungalows are large and airy and were kept clean. They sit within beautiful manicured gardens and it was incredibly quiet on a night. Bed was comfortable. Owners were very helpful, giving us mosquito coils to clear our room and renting us scooters. The beach was a minute walk down the lane and was very quiet. Scooter rental is highly recommended on the island and it's quiet enough on the roads for first time riders.

The wifi was very poor in reaching the bungalows from reception. If you have a Thai SIM this is not an issue. Mosquitos were aggressive at reception, however this is down to it being the wet season. TV didn't work in the room however this was not a big issue.

Nice garden. Spacious bungalows. Helpful staff. Scooter rental. Laundry service.

Low season so the place was deserted and the restaurant was not open. We had paid a high season price including breakfast ( which wasn’t available at this time of year) so had to negotiate a bit. Some issues with water and lights were fixed on second day.

Spacious bungalows with a beautiful garden 2 min walk from the beach - great value for money!

If you don't want to splurge on fancy hotels and still enjoy Ko Lanta to the fullest - this is the right place for you! The Bungalows are very spacious and tidy with a beautiful view to the gardens. The location is right at the beginning of the Long Beach, so it's pretty quiet which makes it perfect for a chill vacation. The restaurant/bar Sayang is also very chill with really good food. The owners were super nice and attentive to all our needs. There are a few very cute and friendly cats living on property (the real managers of the place :D) - it's great to see that they are so well cared for, we loved them! We really enjoyed our stay :)

The furniture and the bungalows themselves are a bit run down and the bathroom door in our place needed fixing (in retrospect we probably could have asked the managers to fix it, but it wasn't a big problem for us). But these are all really minor things that didn't bother us too much :)

Superb

We stayed for a week. Beautiful garden and nice spacious cottage with comfortable beds and pillows.. We loved the location 5 minutes by foot to Long Beach where there are many restaurants, and 3 minutes per bike to Klong Dao beech where we were running and swimming in the mornings. You can directly book scooter from the hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The shower pressure was quite low and the sink tended to smell sometimes.

Superb

The bungalows are really great and we loved the location. It is super close to the famous Long Beach, but feels very intimate and private. We really loved the tropical garden in the center - it was a fantastic view at breakfast. The staff is helpful. We forgot some things at the hotel and they went through the trouble of sending it to us to Bangkok, which we appreciated.

The breakfast was good but mostly cold. However, there are many very good restaurants nearby.

Cute bungalow but not the best location for off season stay

The bungalow was really cute and the garden surrounding it were very beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and there was a lot of space.

The staff was not the most polite at check-in and didn't give me the wifi password or help me with my luggage. The bathroom needs improvement and had ants. As it was off season the condition of the beaches were not the best and there was no pool on the premises so it was a bit disappointing.

Pleasant

The small huts are very cute (the interior could use some upgrades/renovations). The staff was very helpful.

Better prices could be found for laundry and transfer to next location when looking outside the resort. When removing the key, the electricity turned off (which is common). However, even the fridge turned off leading to an unpleasant smell. In the end we did not use it for this reason. The A/C was very loud. Only thin, French blankets, not very cozy.
