We had a lovely relaxing stay, had everything we needed plus extras.

The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, easy to find, a wonderful experience. The hosts were fab and made everything comfortable, the bed was amazing, comfortable and large.

A lovely apartment, extremely comfortable bed, all the essentials you would need for a few days away

The host provided a selection of breakfast cereals, milk and a nice bottle of wine. The apartment was modern, well equiped and spotlessly clean

Fabulous Accommodation. Super clean, lovely facilities, unbeatable extras... tea, coffee, wine, milk, cereals, biscuits, crisps... hairdryer, Fabulous diffusers, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and shower Gel... A real Gem!!

Lovely, cosy stay, 5 mins drive from the Forest of Dean

Lovely, cosy accommodation. The kitchen had everything we could need. Bathroom was stocked with hotel style amenities. Easy check in / out and hosts were welcoming, friendly and responsive to messages. Location was fantastic, large supermarket 5 mins drive away, as well as the Forest of Dean. Lots of options of walks / hikes within 15-30 mins drive! Couldn’t fault our stay, thank you!

We stayed there to visit the forest of dean cycle trail which was just down the road.

The cleanliness the style, and all the extras including snacks milk in the fridge, and even a bottle of wine. Would highly recommend this property.

Extremely comfortable and peaceful stay.

The quality of fittings etc was very high. Decor was very tasteful. Off road parking was good. Location was very quiet and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to visit.

No full length mirror but hardly a necessity.

Had everything we needed and was reasonably priced. The bed was very comfy, which was great. The hosts were very thoughtful and included a welcome hamper. Great location and we found it easy to travel to Forest of Dean and Littledean.

Very quiet location, very well maintained, spotless and tastefully decorated, many home comforts including baskets of wine and biscuits for us adults and a basket of treats and blankets for our two dogs, this was a really nice gesture and made a great welcoming. A huge and very comfortable bed and off road private parking was an added bonus. The property has a little courtyard complete with a BBQ & Pizza Oven for your use, comfortable outside chairs and table, fully enclosed, very private and complete with an overhead sunshade. A fantastic break had and we will return!

Fantastic Accomodation

Fantastic communication from hosts leading up to and throughout our stay, even went to the trouble of putting up balloons and banners which my friend sent in advance! Wine and birthday card left for me, plus milk and snacks, which is such a lovely touch and gratefully received. Accomodation designed and decorated to a very high standard. Large & very comfortable bed. Comfortable outside seating set with canopy. Great shower.

The Nest is a lovely place to stay for exploring the Forest of Dean and surrounding areas Absolutely spotless Lovely decor done to a high standard Bed very comfortable Bedding and towels top quantity Everything you need for a few days away The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise and the bottle of wine and crisps went down a treat The outside area was lovely to sit in very private and secure for our dog They supplied dog blanket towel bowls and dog treats which was a lovely touch We would highly recommend the Nest If I could score higher than a 10 I would

Facilities were excellent - had everything I needed. Everything was high quality both inside and outside. Very tastefully decorated. Large, comfortable bed. Great shower. Private parking. Friendly hosts. Highly recommended!

Lovely clean small room plus bathroom with a small terrace, dog friendly.

The attention to detail, welcome package including dog treats, pods for the coffee machine, wine, milk etc. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

The owners property facing the windows of the garden room they built to house guests. You can see their bedroom windows when sitting on the bed but the window blinds were useful.

Property is just perfect for us- clean,comfy, trendy,location is very suitable to where we want to go& explore and most of all, the host are just exceptional- they made our stay very special by their attention to detail and catering to our needs. Perer and Sue are the perfect hosts!! I highly recommend The Nest!!

Was a great stay an already planning are next!

Everything was really well presented an very welcoming upon arrival. The cottage was only a few minutes drive from the Dh tracks that a spent the 3 days riding ! The welcoming pack was also very thoughtful and a very kind gesture thanks again guys we can’t wait to come back !!

The Nest - A lovely stay in a modern and cosy environment!

The accommodation was tastefully decorated and furnished. Everything we needed was there and the coffee machine was a great addition. The hosts provided milk, cookies and a bottle of wine! These personal touches make such a difference and were appreciated. The bed was very comfortable!

It is not a huge space, but it is 'perfectly formed' and has been cleverly designed to meet all your needs.
