Beautiful location, lovely cottage with great garden views. Easy walking distance to lovely pubs which serve great food and close to scenic river walks. The cuddler chair in the living room was really comfortable. We would stay there again as it was comfortable and a lovely area to visit. Our dogs enjoyed the garden although they had to be kept on leads at all times.
The facilities lists a washing machine which would have been handy with a toddler but there wasn't one. The Wifi signal was very poor (it kept cutting out after only a few mins) so we could not use the streaming services advertised and went without TV in the evenings.

Superb location wonderful views lovely walks.
Patio a bit of poetic licence.
No washing machine or tumble dryer, although advertised. Heated towel rail non functioning,toilet seat loose, shaving mirror light non functioning, Front bedroom very cramped.

The location was near perfect for us with many varied walks from the property. We parked the car in the garage and didn't touch it until we were ready to leave.
With the property a little away from shops etc. It would have been helpful to know if any toiletries like soap or shampoo were included. In this case they were not.

Lovely views from property.
Beautiful communal garden area with walks leading to a riverside pub or through a great nature area.
Access roads were not great .Access to the property itself needs signposting.
Some aspects needed updating and tidying up ( seating area outside the door / main door needs painting , kitchen units )
Shower was hopeless - water pressure issues? Loo seat needs fixing .
Second bedroom was very small with nowhere to put personal items - no room for a bedside table .
