Very convenient. The kitchen very well equiped. The bathroom was amazing. Great to have a cinema. Living area very comfortable with extras to make it like home.

Prefer air conditioning in each room rather than heaters

An exceptional stay. The smart home setup was a real highlight — voice control (Google) for almost everything, along with fully contactless features such as taps, bins, lighting, TV and a home cinema with comfortable reclining chairs, which truly felt like a private theatre experience. The shower and spa facilities are very modern, and the heating system kept the entire house perfectly warm and cosy — especially appreciated in Katoomba’s cooler weather. The property is extremely well-equipped — you can easily arrive with minimal luggage and still have everything you need. The garden is beautifully designed, creating a magical atmosphere, particularly in the evening. What really stood out was the owner’s artistic taste and attention to detail — every element of the interior feels thoughtfully curated and intentionally designed. Everything was spotless, and the location is very convenient. Lina and Stuart were excellent hosts — responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

The fact that the owners hadn’t told us you don’t actually get a three bedroom house. You have to pay per bedroom which I felt was way too expensive for the place. Very upset as I had gone with my son and his girlfriend and had to pay a lot more money. Whereas if I had know you didn’t get three the bedroom house that was advertised I would have booked elsewhere.
