Majestic Mountain View in Katoomba

Location was good. Amazing views towards the South West. Quiet location was a bonus. Short drive to centre was nice.

The key lock box was finicky to open. The front door was slightly problematic to open as well the first time.

Location and outlook was great, kitchen and living spaces all comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Overall place pclean and had enough supplies.

Disappointed that the fireplace was not functioning, that a gas heater was the only source of heat for the entire house which is not great for people with asthma. Half of the electric blankets on the beds were not working, bedrooms were quite cold, main bathroom heat light was unpredictable- It was not the cosy winter escape we had wanted. Front door lock could only be operated with key inside the lock which would be a hazard if there was an urgent need to evacuate but a safety issue leaving it in the lock as it is a glass door.

We loved this home. It was reasonably priced, in a great location. It had a sensational view. The home was extremely comfortable for the six of us.

The house needs air conditioning. It was unpleasantly warm inside with little airflow. It would have been perfect to watch the sun go down with the amazing view.
