Beautiful gardens, great location, a short drive down an access road to get to front door, comfy beds.
Kitchen wasn’t clean and when I explained was told just ignore, 2 texts and 2 emails demanding I take out the rubbish bins on Tuesday night down to the main road, previous guests with full bins, had to give property a deposit of $1000 as well as booking.com fee and was told if property not left clean, rubbish bins not taken out fees will be deducted from this deposit. Additionally it took exactly 10 days and several following emails by myself to get my deposit back.

Location
my family includes 2 chefs who had prepared menus for the weekend which included use of the BBQ, we found empty gas bottles which we had to fill in pouring rain and seek repayment. plus BBQ needs replacing.
