Found in the centre of town, a thirteen-minute walk from Lincoln's iconic Cathedral, this large family home has been restored with comfort and style in mind. Especially so, given the size of the two lounges. Add the dining area into the equation, and you can see how there's plenty of room for everyone to carve out their own space. Two pull-out beds and two single sofa beds keep sleeping arrangements flexible, although these are best for children as they're on the smaller side. Outside is where the whole group can come together. While the garden serves as a playground for little ones, grown-ups can socialise from the large outdoor sofa. Home truths: *Two guests will sleep on single sofa beds in the office. These aren't suitable for guests over 170cm and must be requested in advance. Four other guests will sleep on pull-out beds in two of the bedrooms. These are best suited to children as they're very low to the ground. They can be arranged as singles or a double. *Four steps lead to the front door. There's also an internal staircase to the first floor and a few steps into the garden. *Your host can provide a free cot and high chair on request. *Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you during your stay. *Hen and stag parties aren't allowed here. *There’s free parking for up to six cars in the driveway. *Although there isn't air conditioning, your host provides portable fans.
