The quietness of the area, the cleanliness of the house and the garden, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfy and very clean, and the parking space was manageable
It was very frustrating that the check in was only at 3 pm and the check out was too early, at 10 am. For the amount of money we paid to stay there (three nights and four days), we were quite sacked out too early. At 10 am we had to vacate the property, at this early time we couldn't have a proper rest and we had to rush out with our children. I think the check out time must be changed.

Good location for access to the beach, town and going away on day trips.
Very comfortable beds and fairly stocked kitchen for cooking at home.
Parking space a great plus.
There was no condiments nor little every day cooking items thst one expects previous holiday makers to leave behind. No coffee and only a handful for teabags. Only 2 toilet rolls left for 4 people for 3 nights: I would have expected more.

Great spot for us close to family ,very quiet road, comfy couches, good wifi ,great kitchen with all the mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine nice area out the back ,a code to get in and out so no key so you won't lose it which was very handy, Towels and sheets were spotless
Sleeping up stairs but bathroom down stairs ,small sink in toilet area blocked so used sink in bathroom area (which was in different room )so couldn't be bother ringing anyone in charge, not going to lie it was a grubby in places but not enough for us to complain but others might plus our double mattress which wasn't the most comfortable was heavily stain in places which I noticed while cleaning the sheets (it was a hot week ).It could use a proper washing line out the back because the folding airing yoke leg was broken but still not adequate if it was OK
