Studio très sympa bien situé , balcon sympa , pas de bruit, discret , confortable, bien décoré

Calidad-precio esta muy bien, bien comunicado y tamaño correcto de los espacios. Esta limpio y la zona es segura.
Es un poco Frio ya que no tiene calefaccion en el saón/dormitorio y en febrero hace Frio. El calefactor del baño solo pude usarlo el primer dia porque el segundo no se entendia. Otro inconveniente es que el Apartamento esta situada en el 3 Piso que en realidad es un 4 y no hay ascensor. A la llegada y partida con maletas es el unico momento que desearias que hubiera ascensor.

Bon emplacement avec accès au transport public aisé. Commerces et bars à côté. Calme. Sans ascenseur.
Manque de chauffage dans la pièce à vivre. Chauffages d’appoint dans le couloir et dans la salle de bain.
