Cocoonr Agency presents this charming 33 m² studio, located on the 12th floor (with elevator) of a residence, offering a beautiful view over the city.
Designed to accommodate up to 2 guests, this cozy apartment stands out for its brightness, functional layout, and private terrace. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo stay, it provides a pleasant and relaxing setting, close to all amenities.
To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, cleaning is included and high-quality 4-star hotel linen (bed sheets, towels, and kitchen towels) is provided. For your comfort, your bed will be carefully prepared before your arrival.
The studio is composed as follows :
- A 27 m² open-plan living space featuring an entrance workspace, a queen-size bed (160×200), TV, a lounge area with armchairs, and a small table for meals or relaxation, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen including: refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and cooking utensils, designed for both practicality and comfort.
- A modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
- A pleasant private terrace, ideal for enjoying a relaxing moment outdoors, whether for a morning coffee or a quiet evening.
- Additional amenity : washing machine.
Surroundings :
The apartment benefits from a very pleasant environment, with all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and markets. It is an ideal base for exploring Strasbourg and discovering the Alsace region.

If you are arriving by car, you can park nearby using the various Zenpark parking facilities (paid parking, reservation recommended).
