Cocoonr Agency is pleased to present this charming 31 sqm apartment, ideally located on the ground floor of a building in a pleasant and convenient neighborhood.
Designed to accommodate up to 2 guests, this cozy space stands out for its functional layout and comfort. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, a solo stay, or a business trip, it offers a welcoming and relaxing setting within immediate proximity to all amenities.
To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, cleaning is included and premium 4-star hotel-quality linen (bed sheets, towels, and tea towels) is provided. For your convenience, the bed will be carefully prepared prior to your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A 12 sqm bedroom featuring a double bed (140×190 cm), an armchair, a TV, and a wardrobe with hangers.
- A fully equipped kitchen including a stovetop, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and kitchen utensils, as well as a dining area with a table designed for both practicality and comfort.
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Surroundings :
The apartment enjoys a pleasant environment, within immediate reach of essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and local markets. It is a convenient starting point for reaching Strasbourg’s historic city center, strolling through its iconic streets, and fully enjoying the unique atmosphere of the Alsatian capital.
Transportation :
If you are traveling by car, the recommended parking option is the Bateliers covered parking (Rue de Zurich), located a 5-minute walk from the apartment, at a rate of €22 per 24 hours. Street parking is free from 7:01 PM to 8:59 AM, but spaces are limited.
For getting around :
- “Gallia” tram stop (lines C, E & F): 3-minute walk.
- “République” tram stop (lines B, C, E & F): 6-minute walk.
- Central train station: 15 minutes by tram (line C) or by car, 25 minutes on foot.
- European Institutions district: 12 minutes by public transport (line E).
- Strasbourg International Airport: 50 minutes by public transport, 25 minutes by car.
Additional information :
- Bed linen and towels provided.
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic).
- Pets are not allowed.
- Street parking is limited and expensive in this area (red zone: €35 for 3 hours); Bateliers parking is strongly recommended.
The apartment is available from 4:00 PM. Keys can be collected from a secure key locker located in a laundromat approximately 200 meters from the property. The laundromat closes at 9:00 PM; if you expect to arrive later, please inform us in advance so we can arrange an alternative key collection.

Location is great, i spent a few days at the university and this was a quick and easy walk with several bakeries on the way to get a croissant for breakfast. It is close enough to bars and restaurants that you can easily pop outside to visit, but its far rnough away that the street noise isnt a problem.Not a lot of extra bells and whistles but it had the necessities, including a washing machine. I didnt know where to hang to dry though and as an American i had just assumed a dryer was part of the pair. I learned dryers are uncommon in France. Walls are a bit thin, the neighbors werent excessively loud but i did hear them. I also worried my alarm would wake them, especially since i tend to hit the snooze a couple times. Overall, i would definitely stay here again.Thanks for letting me stay.

We stayed at this location for three nights in the middle of a two week Christmas market trip. It was a large apartment and had a nice kitchen and bathroom. The location was perfect, right near a large Christmas market and within walking distance for everything we wanted to do.
