About this apartment rental
Superb 40 m² apartment with balcony in the heart of the Krutenau district. Tastefully decorated, it is equipped for 2 people and is located on the 6th floor (with elevator). The apartment is located in a lively area close to the center.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- A cosy living room with sofa for 2 people, coffee table, TV, dining table with chairs.
- A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils
- Bright bedroom with double bed
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror, heated towel rail
- Separate WC.
You can also enjoy a lovely terrace, accessible from the living room.
The apartment is located in the Krutenau district. The bars and restaurants here are very much in tune with the times, and the trendy galleries and boutiques have made this warm, village-like area one of Strasbourg's liveliest and friendliest. Highlights include the Bains municipaux and the Zurichois fountain...
Transportation :
- Parking available on the street (but very expensive) or in a secure parking lot less than a 4-minute walk away (20e/24h).
- Easily accessible, 6 min walk from the "Porte de l'hôpital" streetcar stop 15 min by public transport from the central station and 6 min walk from the bus station (main national and international buses)
- Close to university campus (12 min walk)

- Pets are not allowed in the apartment
Access to accommodation is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a launderette about 3 minutes' walk from the accommodation. ATTENTION: This launderette closes at 9pm, so check-in will not be possible after 9pm. Check-out is by 11am at the latest.

The property has a simply perfect location slightly away from the tourist areas, but an easy ten minute walk to the local Notre-Dame and old city. Everywhere you walk from this location is beautiful and easily accessible.

Berne "🙂 The apartment has a great location, all the facilities necessary for a comfortable stay were available. Staff was responsive on our requests or questions. It has a great view of classic french balcony.

Unfortunately we has no WiFi for the three days we were there. The apartment was comfortable and in a good location.
