Beautifully refurbished apartment with superb sea views and and a short walk to beach and all amenities in the south end of Mojácar Playa.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS
We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.
This apartment comprises 2 bedroom, 2 shower rooms , open plan kitchen and lounge-diner with access to terrace overlooking the community pool and direct sea views.
Open plan fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob & oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all other kitchenware and crockery. Washing machine and electric hot water boiler in separate locked up adjacent to property, by entrace.
Master bedroom with double bed (1.50m wide), built in wardrobe, air co unit and patio doors leading out to terrace
Second bedroom with 2 single beds, built in wardrobe , air conditioning and en suite shower room
Bed linen and towels provided
Separate shower room opposite master bedroom.
Lounge with dining area, air conditioning and patio doors leading out to front terrace.

On the above Google map click on enlarge map and the exact location of the property in Mojacar Costa Almeria Andalusia is marked with the blue pin. It is in the south end of Mojacar with plenty of amenities within walking distance and the Ventanicas Beach right on the other side of the road.
Shops, supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants and all amenities within easy walking distance.
Playa Las Ventanicas is a long stretch of fine sand beaches interspersed with beach bars all along offering parasol and sunbeds for hire.
Seafront 2.5km promenade with a good selection of bars & restaurants
Access to this property is via Calle Melodía where you have the garage gate for entrance and also a pedestrian gate.
Access through garage will take you to the pool area and from there are 2 flights of steps to reach the apartment.

Beautiful property but please be aware it is no good if you have any mobility issues, the apartment is accessed up one of the steepest streets in mojacar playa. We are a fit couple and struggled each time we ventured out, to climb back up that hill.
