House with a view

Well appointed unit with a huge TV , dishwasher and washing machine. A nice view of the mountain in Cassis and a coffee machine to get you started in the morning. You have to drive to Cassis because it's up a hill but you could walk if you wanted.

Need a few hooks to hang your towels but I think there was one there which was broken so probably going to be repaired soon

Très bel appartement au calme .

L' appartement était propre , fonctionnel pour nous avec nos 2 enfants .

Pas de parking , et les places de stationnement dans la rue sont rares . La literie du canapé lit mérite d être changée. C est dommage car a part ça ce logement mériterait parfait .

le contact était disponible

l'accès au logement était très mal indiqué, l'adresse ne correspond pas, le nom de la résidence n'apparaît nulle part surplace. Aucune place pour se garer, beaucoup trop de résidences pour le nombre de place. Le logement n'était pas très propre. La literie de mauvaise qualité : le canapé lit inconfortable, et les lits de la chambre grincent sans arrêt. la résidence bruyante la nuit.

Minimalistisch, falls das Gebäude auffindbar ist...

Das Gebäude ist nicht angeschrieben und von daher nicht leicht zu finden. Der Besitzer sagt auf Nachfrage: haben sie die Instruktionen befolgt? Etwas schwierig, wenn man zur Residenz X fahren soll, die jedoch nirgends angeschrieben ist. 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier für 4 Tage, Seifenspender zum Händewaschen im Bad ist leer, Geschirrspültabs gibt es keine, das Bett quietscht, Geschirr ist z.T. dreckig, die Stühle und das Sofa fallen bald auseinander, keine Aufhänger für Handtücher in der ganzen Wohnung. Es müffelt wegen schlechter Belüftung, selbst durch div. Masanahmen nicht zu beheben. Der Parkplatz ist nicht garantiert, mit etwas Pech muss man nachts 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt parkieren (nicht das, was sich frau normalerweise aussucht).

Eine relativ preiswerte Möglichkeit, um in Cassis zu nächtigen. Für uns war das OK.

Es handelt sich um eine größere abgeschlossene Anlage mit Wohnungen und Häusern. Die Lage auf einer Anhöhe bietet einen schönen Ausblick.

Die Anlage ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Der Fahrstuhl schwingt in den Seilen und erzeugt kein Sicherheitsgefühl. Die Wohnung ist ein schmaler Schlauch. Die Schlafzimmerabtrennung ist klein und lässt kaum Luftzirkulation zu. Das Klappbett ist unbequem. Die Klimaanlage ein Provisorium und laut. Das Bad ist eng und ohne Luftabzug. Die Sitzhocker waren sehr wackelig. Da hier sehr viele Menschen wohnen sind die Parkplätze beschränkt. Mit unserem großen Auto mussen wir weit ab parken, um ein sicheres Gefühl zu haben.

Het uitzicht!

De airco waar warme en koude lucht uitkwam niet goed aangesloten, moet in de nacht uit maakt veel herrie wordt dan meteen weer warm in de kamer. Bed bank is helemaal door gezakt hebben matras op de grond geslapen. Veel achterstallig onderhoud. Stond keukenrol ipv. toiletpapier. Locatie was verder van het centrum dan gedacht, niet echt een goede buurt.

Deludente per il prezzo pagato

Appartamento complessivamente carino, luminoso. Zona tranquilla, residenziale.

Non è vero che c'è il parcheggio privato come scritto nella descrizione, nella mail ti dicono che se non c'è posto sotto casa puoi parcheggiare in uno spiazzo, che però abbiamo trovato chiuso con una catena e un segnale di divieto di sosta e occupato da soli furgoncini. Abbiamo comunque trovato un parcheggio più lontano, ma con qualche difficoltà ed era bassa stagione, non immagino in alta! Tante pretese nel lasciare l'appartamento (elenco di cose da fare come: smaltire la spazzatura senza dirti dove e come, pulire le stoviglie, disfare il divano letto e alto) senza però averci fatto trovare non solo il letto fatto, ma nemmeno il piumino inserito nel copripiumino, lasciato peraltro al contrario. Un solo asciugamano a testa che non aveva inoltre un buon odore. Scarsa attenzione ai dettagli: divano letto rotto a cui cadeva un pezzo, appendi asciugamani del bagno caduto e riposto in un cassetto, pulizia così così. Per il prezzo pagato (uno dei più alti di 10 giorni trascorsi in Francia) una delle strutture più deludenti.

Nous n'avions qu'une seule housse de couette (présence de cheveux/poils/poussiere sur le drap housse !!) pour le lit en 140 alors que la réservation était pour 2 adultes + 2 enfants ! l hôte se présente comme disponible mais ne m'a répondu que le lendemain midi . bref , à ce tarif , grosse déception

jolie vue, appartement étroit mais fonctionnel, au calme. Propre.

soucis avec la porte de la salle de bain qui tombe sans arrets et quelques finitions a reprendre. L'appartement est relié par des navettes mais reste assez loin du centre avec un relief marqué ( ne pas compter venir de cassis a pied, ça grimpe sec!)
