Não tem ventilação dentro do apartamento,janela vetada com um vidro e apenas 1 ventilador pequeno para sustentar um calor de 32graus,passei mal algumas vezes dentro do apartamento pelo calor exssesivo

I like every bit of the place, the serenity, is decent and spacious, easy access to restaurants and malls. We also had everything in the kitchen that we needed to cook our own food, enough towels to change.

At first i was a bit disappointed when i was asked about a code before the receiving the keys. The fact that this was not sent to me on time but the guy was so helpful and it could have been better to have at least extra bedsheet to alternate even though the laundry machine was helpful.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing for several reasons. The neighbours repeatedly set off the fire alarm, and the hallway smelled extremely strongly throughout our stay. The fire brigade even had to attend, which was quite concerning. The bathroom was also poorly maintained. There was no shower tray, so water flooded the bathroom floor every time the shower was used. The window was very difficult to open, and the door handle came off in my hand. Had there been a genuine emergency, this could have been extremely dangerous. I was also unhappy with the booking process. The £300 security deposit was not mentioned in the original listing. After I had already paid the non-refundable booking fee, I was then told a £300 deposit was required. Although it was eventually returned, it took 12 days, which was much longer than expected. Overall, I don’t feel the accommodation matched the standard advertised, and I believe future guests should be made aware of these issues before booking.
