One Bed Flat Close to Station & River

Great location for the town centre and the train and buses. Easy to get into with its own parking. Really cute property. Tea and coffee making facilities, fully working kitchen. Only stayed one night so didn’t really get the maximum effect. Communication was good, the renters message you with the codes to the key safe before you arrive and can answer any questions you have. Would definitely recommend 💜

The shower was hit and miss temperature wise, running hot then cold rather than consistent which kept me on my toes, but other than that everything was great.

Great value for money. It was in a good, central location and provided off street parking for our hire car. The apartment was well appointed and provided us with all we needed.

During our stay there was construction work very close by, it was a bit loud but that was out of anyone’s control.

Best stay ever. Most lovely hosts. Prime location just minutes walk from Reading train station and many convenience and grocery stores. Very short walk from a big beautiful park and also close to the Reading Museum, which had an awesome display of the replica Bayeux tapestry. The apartment was spacious, clean and stocked with tea and coffee. The hosts even provided us with an extra fan when the temperature got quite high one day, drove it all the way out to us. Exceptional people, 10/10 recommend!! Was also quite safe with 3 locks to the building so I felt protected. :) Good for pride and prejudice fans as you can take a short drive to Basildon park (2005 movie Netherfield park!) which was why we picked here initially. Cute views from the upstairs loft too!!

I liked everything about the property.

The space is good. Kitchen/diner area was a good size. Calm.

The flat's decoration and facilities are tired. Could not get a medium temperature from the shower, either cold or very hot. Tap in kitchen sink loose. Carpets stained in places. Uncomfortable bed, poor mattress and bedding.
